I represent clients in disputes that have arisen both in normal civilian life (damage to movable or immovable property, diminution of the damaged party’s property as a result of unlawful conduct by the party responsible for the damage), in business (actions for damages against executives of business corporations, actions for damages arising from a breach of contractual obligations, disputes arising from unfair competition), and I also repeatedly represent the interests of clients who suffer damage during the sale / purchase of real estate, or when investing in the capital markets.
I also represent clients in exercising their entitlement to the payment of reasonable damages for non-material damage pursuant to Act No. 82/1998 Coll. against public authorities, i.e. in cases where the Czech Republic is liable for the damage. These include, in particular, cases of unlawful criminal prosecution, unlawful detention, excessively long criminal prosecution, or unduly long civil, administrative or criminal proceedings.
